In the morning of 27 August 2022 , CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of CNCTech Global Industrial Complex at Ba Thien I Industrial Park with the presence of representatives of departments of Vinh Phuc Province and CNCTech Board members.

Located on an area of 16 hectares
Located on an area of 16 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,700 billion, CNCTech Global Complex is equivalent to 20 times the size of a football field.
This prime land is only 40 km northwest of Hanoi city and easily connects to the main traffic routes of the province as well such as the northern area such as National Highway 2, Hanoi – Hai Phong Trans-Asia Expressway, Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, Noi Bai airport…
In this project, CNCTech divides the land into 04 plots developed by 04 member companies of CNCTech to serve global partners in the fields of high-tech industry, supporting industries, and logistics services.
It is expected that the industrial park can accommodate first customer by 2022 and complete the entire project by 2024.
CNCTech Global complex comes into operation with smart warehouse products, integrating location, design and automation factors, promising to become an ideal one-stop production complex for tenants.
